Shipping 

Your order will be processed within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number when the order has shipped. 

Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

All item are final sale. 

We want to inform you that our policy includes a strict "No Return" stance for all items. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our products, once a purchase is made, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and integrity of our unique items. We encourage customers to carefully review their selections before finalizing a purchase. If you have any inquiries or concerns regarding a product's specifications, please reach out to our customer support team before making a decision. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it enables us to provide a streamlined shopping experience for all our valued customers.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping fees 

Please note if a refund is approved, original shipping fees will not be refunded. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. 

Insurance recommended

If a refund is approved, we suggest adding insurance and repackaging the items very thoroughly as we will not be able to accept any returns that have been damaged in transit. All returns must be in original condition.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
