DELIVERY FAQ

We provide contactless local delivery in the Los Angeles area, covering a 7-mile radius from 90069 at a flat rate of $35. For locations beyond this zone, ranging from 7 to 17 miles, the delivery fee will be $45. If your delivery falls outside these zones, please contact us for a personalized quote. All orders require placement at least 48 hours before the selected delivery date. Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate same-day deliveries. If you have a particular date in mind, kindly get in touch info@intheden.net we will make every effort to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times; upon request, we can provide a 3 hour window for when to expect your delivery.

It's crucial to ensure that either the recipient or you are available to receive the order. If the recipient is not at home, we will leave the delivery at the door and notify you accordingly. Please be aware that In the Den assumes no liability for any incidents that may occur following the delivery in the event the recipient is not at home. While we strive for a smooth and secure delivery process, circumstances beyond our control may arise. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the order or providing specific delivery instructions to minimize potential issues. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated in making this process as smooth as possible.

Due to the perishable nature of florals, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.  All sales are final.
